Neurodivergent Transition Support (Ages 16–25)
The WINGS Mentoring Programme is a structured transition programme designed to support neurodivergent young adults aged 16–25 who attended mainstream education.
The programme focuses on building confidence, independence, social connection and readiness for volunteering or employment.

Wings pathway model
The WINGS Pathway offers a flexible framework of mentoring and social opportunities tailored to support neurodivergent young adults during their transition into adulthood. This approach acknowledges that each participant may need varying forms of support, personalized mentoring, small group sessions, and community activities. By embracing diverse methods, we ensure that every young adult receives the support they need thrive.
1:1 Mentoring Pathway

Individual mentoring for young people who may feel unable to join group settings or who benefit from personalised pacing and tailored support.

Wings introduction 12 week group programme
The WINGS Connections Programme is a 12 week mentoring programme designed to help neurodivergent young adults build confidence, creativity and social connection in a supportive environment.
The programme focuses on building social confidence, exploring creativity, developing self-understanding and helping participants feel more comfortable in group settings.

Progression Pathway
At the end of the 12 week programme participants may choose to continue into the full WINGS Mentoring Programme (36 weeks) to further develop independence skills, community confidence and preparation for volunteering or employment.
Participants may also simply complete the 12 week programme and leave having gained new confidence, friendships and experiences.
WINGS 36 weeks Group Mentoring Programme

The WINGS group mentoring programme provides structured weekly sessions in small supportive groups. Participants develop social confidence, independence skills and meaningful peer connections.

Social & Community Opportunities

Participants may also access social activities designed to reduce isolation and encourage connection with other neurodivergent young adults.
